What we collect
This site doesn't have any forms, and we don't collect personal information directly through it. When you visit, your browser and any cookies on your device generate the data described below. Separately, we may already have your contact information because you or your organization has already given it to us — through a demo booking, a sales conversation, or as a prospect in our sales pipeline. This policy also covers what we do with that information.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, set by us and by a few service providers, in three categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie preferences. These can't be disabled.
- Functional — power optional features like our support chat.
- Marketing — used for ad measurement, attribution, and retargeting through the advertising platforms described below. Set only with your consent, or, if you're in the US and haven't opted out, by default.

Where marketing is enabled, some of our advertising platforms may also automatically scan this page's displayed text — for example, our contact email — for identifiers, hash them, and use them for the same measurement and attribution purposes described above.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate and secure this site.
- Measure aggregate traffic, cookielessly, through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Where you've consented, or where you're in the US and haven't opted out, measure and attribute advertising, and run retargeting and remarketing campaigns, through the advertising platforms described below.
If you're visiting from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland: our necessary and functional cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running this site, or are strictly necessary for it to work; our marketing cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer.
Who we share information with
We share the information above with categories of service providers, including:
- Advertising platforms — for ad measurement, attribution, and retargeting.
- Hosting and analytics providers — to run this site and measure aggregate traffic.
- Video hosting providers — for the demo video embed on /demo, loaded only when you click play.
- Customer support tools — to power our chat widget.
- Scheduling tools — for booking demos; a booking happens on that provider's own domain, under its own privacy policy, not ours.
- Publishing platforms — our blog is partly mirrored from, and linked to, a third-party publishing platform.
We may also share contact information from our customer and prospect lists with advertising platforms, in hashed form, so they can show our ads to similar audiences. This is separate from the cookies above: it applies to contacts we already have on file, whether or not they've ever visited this site. You can ask us to exclude your information at any time using the contact details above.
International data transfers
The service providers described above are based in the US. If you're visiting from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred there under each provider's own compliance mechanism — Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent Data Privacy Framework certification, per that provider's current published policy.
Retention
Necessary and functional cookies typically last for a few months; marketing cookies typically last up to a few months as well, per each advertising platform's own policy — see "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer for exact durations. We keep sales and contact data for as long as reasonably needed for our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" button in the footer of this site. We also detect and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and, in some US states, to opt out of its sale or sharing, or of targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@prioriwise.ai or writing to us at 163 Highland Ave #1017, Needham, MA 02494. If we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response; California residents can also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
The same contact channel above handles requests to be excluded from the hashed contact-list advertising described earlier — that's the only way to reach us for contacts who never visit this site and can't use the cookie banner or a browser's GPC signal.
Sensitive personal information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland specifics
If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and we'll post any material changes here.
