1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored by the browser on your computer or mobile device (for example, Google Chrome or Safari). They allow websites to store things like your preferences. You can think of Cookies as providing a so-called memory for the website, so that it can recognize you when you come back and respond appropriately.They help us enhance your experience, analyze site usage, and deliver personalized services.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We use several different types of Cookies on our Site and Platform:

Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Site & Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work.

Functional Cookies: These cookies enable the Site & Platform to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.

Preferences Cookies: This type of Cookie helps us to secure and maintain our Site & Platform, and remembers your preferences for tools found on the Site & Platform, so you don’t have to re-set them each time you visit.

Analytics Cookies: Every time you visit our Site & Platform, the analytics services we use generate Cookies which can tell us whether or not you have visited the Site & Platform in the past, and provide additional information regarding how you use our Site & Platform (such as where you tend to click on our Site & Platform). Your browser will tell us if you have these Cookies and, if you don’t, we generate new ones. This allows us to track how many individual visitors and users we have and how often they visit the Site & Platform.

Marketing & Advertising Cookies: These Cookies allow us to know whether or not you’ve seen an ad or a type of ad, how you interacted with such an ad, and how long it has been since you’ve seen it. We also use Cookies to help us with targeted advertising. We may use Cookies set by another organization, so we can more accurately target advertisements to you. We also set Cookies on certain other sites that we advertise on. If you receive one of those Cookies, we may use it to identify you as having visited that site if you later visit our Site & Platform. We can then target our advertisements based on this information.

3. How We Obtain Consent
  • Cookie Banner: When you first visit Prioriwise.ai, you’ll see a banner requesting consent for non-essential cookies.

  • Granular Control: You can accept/reject categories (via our Cookie Preferences link in the footer).

  • Withdrawal: You can change settings anytime by clicking [Manage Cookies].

3. What do we use Cookies for?

We use those Cookies to:

(a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit our Site & Platform;

(b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising;

(c) identify you across multiple devices;
